COVID-19 - Are you still open?

As an online shop we are able to run Abbie and Rattie entirely from home, including printing and packing orders and processing and printing postage labels. You can still shop on our website and social channels and deliveries are continuing as normal.


What's your turnaround times?

All orders are processed within 1-5 working days. Once your order has been processed you will receive email confirmation that your order has been dispatched. All orders will be posted 1st class via Royal Mail.

How will my order be printed and shipped?

A5 and A4 prints will be supplied flat in a card backed envelope and printed on 250gsm white matte card.

A3 and larger size prints will be supplied rolled in a cardboard tube to reduce the risk of damage during transit. A3 prints will also be printed on 250gsm matte card, anything larger will be printed on a slightly thinner paper, to minimise rippling from rolling when framed.

Please note the price is for print only, frames will not be included.

Do you accept returns?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your request, and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery. Please add a note of your name and order no and ensure you return in a card backed envelope/tube. We cannot refund items unless they are returned in the same condition they were sold. Please also ensure you obtain proof of postage in case the item doesn’t arrive back with us.


Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for returning unwanted items and these costs are non-refundable. Refunds are made via your original payment method and may take a few days to reappear in your account. If you receive a damaged/incorrect print, please contact us to resolve this.


Due to the nature of these products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalised prints.

Are your designs framed?

All our prints are unframed, frames are not included. All our listings are for prints only.

Do you sell frames?

At the moment we do not sell frames, but this is something we hope to offer very soon

Do you offer custom sizes?

We do yes. just contact us with details of the sizes you require and we can arrange this for you.

Do you offer custom designs and colours?

We do yes. Again, just contact us with details of what you have in mind and we can tell you if it possible and confirm any additional costs, depending on how much time we will need to work on it.

Are your products made to order?

Yes they are. As a small business we print and pack your order as it comes in. You really are supporting a dream and we really appreciate your business J
